Quality Assurance Program

FTT’s approach to QA concentrates on improving every individual process employed in delivering our products or services. We view quality as a critical component of project success. Therefore, our QA process is carefully incorporated into our Plan and as a result is carried throughout the development and implementation phases. Although our PM is responsible for the quality of the project, each member of the FTT team is responsible for achieving individual high quality standards.

Our emphasis on QA Planning and performance process reduces program risks by stressing the following:


  • Thorough and detailed evaluation of requirements
  • Implementation of FTT QA procedures and training as necessary
  • Building QA requirements into each task during the planning phase
  • Evaluating all interrelationships and QA checkpoints and milestones
  • Initiating QA Monitoring and Maintenance
  • Summary of QA procedures that outline steps taken during each deliverable phase of the project and whether any corrective actions were taken due to substandard performance or project delay

By utilizing industry best practices, FTT’s QA process assures that our project deliverables are of exceptional quality. As part of our QA process for each project, we assign a team to review and evaluate the task requirements that are appropriate for each individual project.
